School of Rock director leaves Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
Mike White has stepped down as the director of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.
The School Of Rock writer said: “I loved the project and looked forward to working with Lionsgate. Unfortunately, the timing could not be worked out. I wish them the best with the movie.”
The film reworks Jane Austen novel into a tale of the living dead.
White will instead be working on the upcoming HBO series Enlightenment, starring Laura Dern.
