Long-gesting comedy finds its lead…
‘Les Miserables’ star Amanada Seyfried has reportedly closed a deal to take the lead in the Will Ferrell and Adam McKay-produced Black List comedy ‘He’s F-ing Perfect.’
Scripted by McKay’s former assistant, the film will see Seyfried playing “a social media savvy girl who is pessimistic about love and vets her friends’ dates to find flaws. When that process leads her to uncover the perfect guy, she decides to use her internet research skills to turn herself into his perfect match.”
Jake Szymanski (‘Funny or Die,’ ‘Saturday Night Live’) is attached to direct.
Ferrell and McKay are producing through their Gary Sanchez banner along with Kevin Messick. Good Universe will co-produce.
