Ben Affleck to produce ‘The Blade Itself’ but will the actor return to the directors chair?
Ben Affleck is to produce a thriller based on acclaimed novel The Blade Itself. The actor , who recently made his directorial debut with ‘Gone, Baby, Gone’, will reunited with the team behind the movie for his latest project.
The film will centre on friends who commit a number of petty crimes during their Chicago childhood and are later reunited as adults. Aaron Stockard will pen the script for the film adaptation.
So far Affleck has only confirmed he is to produce the film, it remains unclear if he will direct or star in the project.
