THE GRAND SEDUCTION
After winning a Sundance award and becoming the second biggest Canadian movie of all time Scott’s low budget SEDUCING DOCTOR LEWIS/LA GRANDE SÉDUCTION was picked up by a major studio and remade as 2013’s THE GRAND SEDUCTION, the setting was changed to Newfoundland and starred Taylor Kitsch alongside our own Brendan Gleeson.

I’LL REMAKE MY OWN FILM, THANKS.
In a rare occurrence, Ken Scott was chosen to remake one of his other French- Canadian movies. He had the honor of co-writing and directing the American version of STARBUCK which became 2013’s DELIVERY MAN starring Vince Vaughn.

THREE REMAKES
Scott’s 2011 movie STARBUCK has the rare honour of being remade three different times for three different territories. Besides 2013’s Hollywood remake DELIVERY MAN it was also remade by Bollywood as 2012’s VICKY DONOR. While FONZY was a French remake of the film starring Jose Garcia.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Scott’s latest comedy hits Irish cinemas this week and stars Vince Vaughn, Dave Franco, Nick Frost, Tom Wilkinson and Sienna Miller. Originally titled BUSINESS TRIP, it tells the story of a fledgling company sent to Europe to close the biggest deal of their career. The trouble is, once they get to Germany, they meet the competition; their former boss.
