Veteran actor boards Luc Besson-directed comedic actioner.
Tommy Lee Jones, who is currently in cinemas with ‘Men in Black 3,’ is reportedly in final negotiations to join Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer on the cast of Luc Besson’s darkly comedic actioner ‘Malavita.’
In the film, DeNiro and Pfeiffer play “a married couple with Mafia ties that relocate to France under the witness protection program. While they do their best to fit in, old habits die hard and they soon find themselves handling things the ‘family’ way.”
According to Variety, Jones would be playing the husband’s handler in the FBI-sponsored program, checking in on the family and helping them as they adjust to their new lives.
