New Bonnie and Clyde film casts its leads.
Sean Faris (‘The Vampire Dairies,’ ‘Never Back Down’) and ‘True Blood’ actress Lindsay Pulsipher have landed the leads in writer/director Tonya S. Holly’s long-delayed ‘The Story of Bonnie and Clyde.’
The indie feature will focus on the true story of infamous and notoriously violent Depression-era criminals, and “aims to explore many aspects of their lives that have never been seen on the big screen before.”
Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty portrayed Parker and Barrow in Arthur Penn’s 1967 classic ‘Bonnie and Clyde.’ The new film is set to shoot in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and possibly Missouri.
