The Frist Lady of Star Trek returns to voice computer.
It looks like Leonard Nimoy will not be the only original “Star Trek” actor in the cast of J.J Abrams upcoming remake.
The First Lady of Star Trek, Majel Barrett-Roddenberry, will reporedly reprise her role as the voice of the ship’s computer in the movie.
Roddenberry, the widow of Gene Roddenberry creator of the series, starred in four “Star Trek” TV series and three films.
The actress originally starred in the show’s pilot as the unnamed “Number One” and went on to play Nurse Christine Chapel in the original series. Later, she went on to play Lwaxana Troi in both the Next Generation and Deep Space Nine.
