Emile Hirsch and Matthew McConaughey have signed on to appear in black comedy Killer Joe.
The movie follow a brother and sister who hire a contract killer to bump off their mother for the life insurance.
Hirsch plays the scheming brother, while McConaughey will playf “Killer Joe” Cooper, who doubles as a police officer during the day.
William Friedkin will direct the picture, and Tracy Letts has penned the script.
