Are you ready to sing ‘Let It Go’! as Ghostbusters gets the frozen treatment… The filmmakers behind GHOSTBUSTERS : FROZEN EMPIRE took us by surprise today with the release of a stylish new teaser trailer for the highly anticipated 2024 blockbuster. The sequel to 2021’s ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ will bring the action back to New York City, where a summer heatwave comes to a sudden end when a murderous frost spreads across the Big Apple
Returning for the sequel are Finn Wolfhard and Mckenna Grace as Egon’s grandchildren Trevor and Phoebe, as well as Carrie Coon as Egon’s daughter Callie. Paul Rudd will also be back as Callie’s love interest Gary Grooberson.
We’re also going to see the original Ghostbusters gang as well with Bill Murray as Peter Venkman, Ernie Hudson as Winston Zeddemore and, of course, Dan Aykroyd as Raymond Stantz.
Annie Potts will also be reprising her role as Janine Melnitz, while William Atherton’s Walter Peck will be back for the first time since the original 1984 movie.
