Two more for the horror-thriller.
Irish actor Brendan Gleeson and his ‘Harry Potter’ co-star David Thewlis are the latest additions to the cast of Brad Anderson’s turn of the century horror-thriller ‘Eliza Graves,’ says Deadline.
Adapted from ‘The System Of Doctor Tarr And Professor Fether’ by Edgar Allan Poe, the film centres on a young Medical School grad (played by Jim Sturgess) who takes a job at a remote mental institution. He meets a beautiful patient (Kate Beckinsale), with whom he falls in love under circumstances which may be much more complicated than they seem.
Production kicks off next week with Michael Caine and Ben Kingsley co-starring. Oren Peli (‘Paranormal Activity’) is on board to produce.
