Our first look at DEADPOOL 3 arrived during the Superbowl final this week, and confirmed the film’s final title of ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’. After nearly six years, Deadpool is back on our screens and he’s finally arrived in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which opens up a world of possibilities for the character. As the title reveals, Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, who we last seen in 2017’s sendoff movie ‘Logan is back to team up with Deadpool.
The trailer shows the TVA ( Time Variance Authority), the multiverse managers that were last seen in the ‘LOKI’ TV show, kidnap Deadpool while he’s celebrating his birthday and bring him into the MCU. Calling himself “Marvel Jesus,” Deadpool looks set to deliver his trademark adult themed jokes and violence that has made him a hit with fans. The film arrives in Irish cinemas in July.
