Actress taking her first steps into producing.
Anne Hathaway (‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ ‘One Day’) has closed a deal to produce and star in Paramount’s new thriller ‘Puzzler,’ reports THR.
Karl Gajdusek (‘Trespass’) will be penning the screenplay and while details are scarce, the project is described as “a female-driven, paranoid thriller in the vein of ‘Three Days of the Condor.’”
Adam Schulman, Sarah Perlman and Stefan Sonnenfeld will also produce. Hathaway recently joined the cast of ‘The King’s Speech’ director Tom Hooper’s big screen adaptation of ‘Les Miserables’ starring Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe.
