Is Slumdog Millionaire Scribe Simon Beaufoy Writing Wolverine 2?
Rumours surfaced on Aint it Cool News today that Fox might be prepping a second Wolverine film, and that a writer had already been hired.
According the site that Simon Beaufoy – who won an Oscar for his screenplay for Slumdog Millionaire – has been employed to write a script for “Wolverine 2.”
The source reports that Beaufoy was apprehensive about the project as X-Men Origins: Wolverine hadn’t even come out yet, and secondly he claimed to “not even know what a Wolverine was,” and that his agent persuaded him to take the gig.
