A remake of the original 1951 Robert Wise movie, the film tells the tale of alien being Klaatu (Reeves) who travels across the universe to warn human life of an impending global crisis. But despite being helped by Jennifer Connelly’s Dr Helen Benson, just like E.T. before him, Klaatu is faced with hostility, causing humanity’s future to hang in the balance.
