Ever wanted to work with Tim Burton? Here’s your chance…
Calling all Twitterers, Tim Burton Needs You! The zany director is asking his online followers to submit tweets and the best ones every day will be used to continue the adventures of Stainboy.
His site Burtonstory.com describes Cadavre Exquis or “Exquisite Corpse” as a technique used to collectively tell a story. Each contributor adds to the story in sequence, building on the last line revealed.
Burton first introduced us to Stainboy in 1997 in the extremely dark (but extremely hilarious) children’s book ‘The Melancholy Death Of Oyster Boy & Other Stories’.
He later brought us animated adventures in the online series of flash cartoons titled ‘The World Of Stainboy’.
