Indie director gets to work on his vampire movie.
Jim Jarmusch (‘Limits of Control,’ ‘Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai’) is set to direct an untitled vampire movie. The director describes the project as a “crypto-vampire love story” set against the romantic desolation of Detroit and Tangiers.
Jarmusch will reunite with his ‘Limits of Control’ star and regular collaborator Tilda Swinton. Also joining the cast are ‘Jane Eyre’ co-stars Michael Fassbender and Mia Wasikowska. John Hurt is believed to said to have a featured role.
The director said: “I’ve been imagining this film for years. I can’t wait to now realise it with these remarkable collaborators.”The as-yet-untitled film will shoot in Germany, Morocco and Detroit in early 2012.
