Rogen to produce new spy comedy.
According to Variety, Seth Rogen (‘50/50,’ ‘The Green Hornet’) is set to serve as executive producer on Disney’s new spy comedy ‘The B Team.’
Based on a pitch from Derek Guiley and David Schneiderman, the comedy will center on a top secret agent who is captured, leaving his tech support team and researchers to rescue him.
Rogen is believed to be eyeing the project as a starring vehicle. The actor will next be seen starring the mother-son road-trip comedy ‘My Mother’s Curse’ opposite Barbra Streisand.
