Avatar star to join Dracula:Year Zero
Avatar’s Sam Worthington is reportedly in talks to play the lead role in Universal’s horror prequel Dracula: Year Zero.
Worthington is expected to play the vampire Count in director Alex Proyas’s version of Bram Stoker’s literary classic.
Scripted by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, Universal is considering greenlighting the $100 million film for a 2011 release.
Worthington will next be seen in the Clash Of The Titans remake.
