Brit star set for romantic comedy… Rebecca Hall (‘Closed Circuit,’ ‘Iron Man 3’) has closed a deal to take the female lead opposite Jason Sudeikis (‘We’re the Millers’) in ‘Tumbledown,’ an upcoming romantic comedy to be directed by Sean Mewshaw from a screenplay by Desi Van Til. Set to shoot late March, the film follows Hannah (Hall), a young widow who is unable to move on after the death of her husband, an acclaimed musician and the subject of the biography she’s struggling to write. Hannah meets Andrew (Sudeikis), a brash New York academic who has a different take on her husband’s life– and death. The unlikely pair must collaborate to craft the famous singer’s story and begin to write the next chapter in their lives together.” The film will co-star Blythe Danner (‘Meet The Parents’) and Joe Manganiello (‘Sabotage,’ ‘True Blood’). Kristin Hahn is on board to produce, alongside Aaron L. Gilbert and Margot Hand of Bron Studios Inc.
