Orlando Bloom, Vincent Cassel cast in “The Cross”
Pirates Of The Caribbean star Orlando Bloom has signed up to star in latest sci-fi thriller The Cross.
Bloom will play a man seeking to cross a mysterious border, a feat which no-one else has achieved.
Vincent Cassel will play a security guard who is determined to thwart his attempts, while Quantum Of Solace star Olga Kurylenko has joined the cast as Bloom’s love interest.
Lord Of War director Andrew Niccol will helm the project, which is reported to have a budget of around $24 million (£16.5 million).
