It is with great sadness that we report that 6′ 5” actor Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away at the age of 54.
Duncan had “suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered,” a statement from his partner Rev. Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth said. He died Monday morning in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where he had been receiving treatment ever since the heart attack.
The actor had appeared in dozens of films, including ‘Armageddon,’ ‘Planet of the Apes,’ ‘Green Lantern’ and ‘Kung Fu Panda,’ but was best known for his Oscar-nominated role in 1999s ‘The Green Mile.’
