Martin Campbell’s Crime Thriller MEMORY to Star Liam Neeson

Liam Neeson has signed on to take the lead in ‘Memory,’ an action crime thriller that has ‘Casino Royale’ and ‘Goldeneye’ director Martin Campbell behind the camera.

Adapted from Erik Van Looy’s 2003 thriller ‘The Memory of a Killer,’ the film will see Neeson playing an expert assassin who himself becomes a target when he refuses to complete a job for a dangerous criminal organization. The FBI is also on his tail, forcing the assassin to call on his exceptional skills to stay one step ahead.

Filming will get underway in August with Campbell directing from a script by Dario Scardapane (‘The Bridge,’ ‘The Punisher’). Producers include Cathy Schulman (‘Crash’), Rupert Maconick, Arthur Sarkissian, Teddy Schwarzman (‘The Imitation Game’), Michael Heimler (‘I Carry You With Me’) and Ben Stillman (‘Gold’).
