Katie Holmes is attached to star in the upcoming thriller Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark.
Scripted by Guillermo del Toro and Matthew Robbins, the story revolves around a girl who moves into a new home with her father and his girlfriend only to discover that the house is inhabited by evil creatures.
Troy Nixey will make his directorial debut on the project, which is scheduled to film in Melbourne this summer. It is Holmes’s first big screen role since last year’s Mad Money.
