John Collee to Pen THE SECRET JOURNEYS OF JACK LONDON

A fictional spin on the life of real life author Jack London.

‘Master and Commander’ scribe John Collee has been hired by Fox 2000 to adapt the supernatural thriller ‘The Secret Journeys of Jack London,’ reports Variety.

Based on the novels from Chris Golden & Tim Lebbon, the story takes a fictional spin on real-life author Jack London. Driven by the thrill of adventure and the promise of gold, a 17-year-old London sets off on a journey to the Yukon at the end of the 19th century and he faces obstacles such as raging rivers, dog-sled races and villainous prospectors, while discovering something much more sinister and mysterious waiting for him deep within the frozen woods.

Along with ‘Master and Commander,’ Collee’s writing credits include the upcoming ‘Walking With Dinosaurs 3D,’ ‘Creation,’ and ‘Happy Feet.’
