Busy star lines up another potential project. James Franco is in negotiations to star in ‘The Game,’ an adaptation of Neil Strauss’s best-selling book about picking up women, reports THR. Part memoir, part how-to guide, ‘The Game’ details the author’s effort to learn the tricks to becoming a successful pick-up artist, even moving into a Sunset Strip mansion filled with other competing players to find love. Franco would playing “Mystery,” a man who serves as Strauss’ teacher in the book. Brian Koppelman and David Levien (‘Solitary Man,’ ‘Knockaround Guys’) will be handling the writing and directing.
