Director tapped for Matthew Sandhorror penned horror pic
James Cox has signed on to direct psychological horror movie “The Summoner”.
Written by Matthew Sand, the story centers on a young man experimenting with the dark arts who summons a supernatural being to our world. When his control begins to slip and the situation turns deadly, he must stop the onslaught of evil before it’s too late.
Joel Silver and David Gambino are producing; Susan Downey, Steve Richards, Lawrence Mattis and David Alpert are executive producing. Casting is currently underway for the film.
