David O. Russell to Direct Aaron and Sarah
“I Heart Huckabees” director David O. Russell will helm romantic comedy Aaron And Sarah.
Previously titled B.F.F., the film revolves around a geek and a popular girl who become friends and fall in love over their four years together at high school.
Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen (Milk) will serve as producers on the project, described as similar in style to a John Hughes comedy.
Russell’s next film, “Nailed”, stars Jake Gyllenhaal-and Jessica Biel and is expected in Irish cinemas later this year.
