Is Guy Ritchie Remaking “Guys and Dolls”?
Guy Ritchie has reportedly started planning a remake of the musical Guys And Dolls.
According to reports, the RocknRolla director has expressed an interest in making a musical with actor Jason Statham.
A source said: “Guy has had a lot of meetings with top studio bosses about other projects but the Guys And Dolls idea really tickled him:
“He is torn between keeping the script true to the original in New York and taking it to familiar surroundings in London.”
Ritchie currently working on his adaptation of Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey Jr. as the titular character.
