Variety has learned that Josh Lawson (‘House of Lies’), Danny Jacobs, Adam Brody (‘Seeking a Friend for the End of the World’), Wyatt Cenac (‘The Daily Show’), Amber Tamblyn (‘127 Hours’), and Lauren Miller (For A Good Time Call…) are to star in the ensemble comedy ‘Growing Up (and Other Lies).’
The indie feature centres on Jake Reznowski (Lawson), a 30-year-old who on his last day in New York City before he moves back home to Ohio recruits his three oldest friends to retrace their greatest adventure in the city: walking the entire, 260-block length of the island of Manhattan in one day.
‘Growing Up (And Other Lies)’ is currently in production in New York City under the direction of Jacobs and Darren Grodsky (‘Humboldt County’).
