Glee creator wanted for Annie remake
Ryan Murphy has been linked to the remake of Annie.
According to reports, the creator of Glee was approached to direct the remake, which will star Willow Smith.
Will Smith and JayZ will produce the film through company Overbrook Entertainment.
Murphy has also been linked with a Rocky Horror movie remake and a film based on the stage show Wicked.
