Gemma Arterton cast in Michael Mann’s Robert Capa biopic
Gemma Arterton has reportedly been cast in the Michael Mann helmed biopic of Robert Capa.
The film follows the life of the Hungarian combat photographer who covered five wars over the course of his career. Capa eventually died when he stepping on a mine in 1954 during the First Indochina War.
Arterton will play Capa’s partner Gerda Taro, according to Total Film. Andrew Garfield is rumoured for the role of Capa.
