Michael Fassbender linked to X-Men/Spider-Man reboots
Michael Fassbender has been linked to roles in Marvel movies X-Men: First Class and Spider-Man.
According to reports, the star is wanted by X-Men director Matthew Vaughn to play a younger version of Ian McKellen’s Magneto.
Fassbender would play opposite James McAvoy’s Charles Xavier. Aaron Johnson and Frank Dillane have also been rumoured for roles in the X-Men prequel.
It has also been suggested that Spider-Man director Marc Webb is looking for Fassbender to play the part of the villain in his superhero reboot.
