Robert De Niro Heads To Dark Fields
Robert De Niro has been cast opposite Bradley Cooper in the suspense thriller The Dark Fields.
The picture follows a down-and-out Gotham writer (Cooper) who comes into possession of a designer drug that gives him newfound intelligence and success. De Niro will play a brilliant financial mogul who begins pursuing Cooper’s character.
Neil Burger will direct the pic, which is being produced by Scott Kroopf, Leslie Dixon and Ryan Kavanaugh.
De Niro will next be seen in U’s “Little Fockers,” Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete” and the indie “Stone.”
