Aussie actor Roland Kickinger to play Conan The Barbarian
Aussie actor Roland Kickinger has been cast in the upcoming reboot of Conan The Barbarian.
Based around Robert E. Howard’s pulp character from the 1930s, John Milius directed the 1982 violent adaptation of Conan The Barbarian, with starred Schwarzenegger as the eponymous warrior.
Kickingeris a former bodybuilder and recently appeared in Terminator Salvation. He also played a Conan-era Arnold Schwarzenegger in biopic See Arnold Run in 2005.
V For Vendetta helmer James McTeigue is the frontrunner to direct the movie in May, after Brett Ratner pulled out.
