Christian Slater will star in the forthcoming horror film Playback.
Written and directed by Michael A. Nickles, the film follows a group of high school students who unlock an evil that preys on their classmates while digging into their town’s past.
Variety report that the actor will play a sinister cop who works to unearth a town’s dark secrets.
The actor joins such names as Johnny Pacar, Toby Hemingway, Jonathan Keltz, Alessandra Torresani and Daryl ‘Chill’ Mitchell in the project.
