I Am Number Four helmer to direct Preacher?
D. J. Caruso is reportedly in talks to direct comic book adaptation Preacher.
Slashfilm report that the helmer could join the project if his latest film I Am Number Four is a box office success.
First published 1995, the story follows a down-and-out preacher who becomes the most powerful being in existence after being possessed by the creature Genesis.
John August has penned a screenplay for the project though it has been suggested that Caruso may write his own treatment should he join the venture.
