Bryan Singer to direct Jack and the Giant Killer
X-Men helmer Bryan Singer is in talks to direct Jack The Giant Killer.
The film, written by Mark Bombacktakes an adult look at the Jack and the Beanstalk legend. When a princess is kidnapped, a long-standing peace between men and giants becomes threatened, and a young farmer is given an opportunity to lead a dangerous expedition to the giant kingdom to rescue her
The fantasy-adventure will be produced by New Line and Legendary Pictures through Neal Mortiz’s Original Film banner.
The project has not been given a start date at present.
