Brad Pitt rumoured to play Moriarty in Sherlock Holmes sequel
Warner Brothers have got the ball rolling on a second instalment in the planned Sherlock Holmes franchise.
According to rumours reported by The Hollywood Reporter’s Ricky Biz Blog, Brad Pitt has been in discussions with the producers to star as Holmes’ nemesis, Moriarty:
Pitt would join the current cast of Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes, Jude Law as sidekick, Watson, and Rachel McAdams.
According to reports, much of the talent is expected to return for a second film, as will the director, Guy Ritchie.
