Christina Applegate and Anna Faris to voice Christina Applegate join Alvin and The Chipmunks sequel.
Christina Applegate and Anna Faris have been named as two of the three Chipettes in the follow-up to Alvin and The Chipmunks.
Justin Long told reporters that Faris had hinted at her casting when he spoke to her on the phone.
Long said: “Anna Faris called me. I hadn’t talked to her in a while, and I was like: ‘Hey, what’s up?’ She said ‘You’re doing the Squeakquel!’ and then something happened and we couldn’t talk anymore. So, I’m pretty sure she’s doing it.
“I [also] heard Christina Applegate, and then there’s a third and I’m not quite sure who that is.”.
