Anne Hathaway confirmed as the new Catwoman
Anne Hathaway has been for confirmed as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises.
Director Christopher Nolan said: “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Anne Hathaway, who will be a fantastic addition to our ensemble as we complete our story.”
Inception actor Tom Hardy has also been confirmed as Bane in the picture.
The helmer added of Hardy: “I am delighted to be working with Tom again and excited to watch him bring to life our new interpretation of one of Batman’s most formidable enemies.”
The Dark Knight Rises is scheduled to arrive in the summer of 2012.
