Amanda Seyfried joins Catherine Hardwicke’s Red Riding Hood
Amanda Seyfried has confirmed she will star in The Girl in the Red Riding Hood.
The actress will play the title role in the retelling of the classic Brothers Grimm tale Red Riding Hood.
Catherine Hardwicke will helm the project, which will be scripted by David Johnson. Leonardo DiCaprio’s company Appian Way will produce.
Johnson recently finished a new draft of the screenplay, which is purportedly targeted at the Twilight demographic.
