Will take female lead in thriller.
Australian actress Abbie Cornish (‘Sucker Punch’) is set to re-team with her ‘Seven Pyschopaths’ co-star Colin Farrell for ‘Solace,’ Afonso Poyart’s thriller that has Anthony Hopkins and Jeffery Dean Morgan on board to co-star.
Scheduled to begin principal photography in May, the thriller follows John Clancy (Hopkins), a former doctor with psychic abilities who teams with an FBI agent (Morgan) to hunt down a serial killer (Farrell).
Beau Flynn, of Flynn Picture Co., Tripp Vinson and Thomas Augsberger will produce with the script coming from Sean Bailey, Ted Griffin, James Vanderbilt and Peter Morgan.
