Spike Lee Dumps Agent After Film Flop
Filmmaker Spike Lee has left his agent after his latest movie “Miracle At St. Anna “performed badly at the box office.
According to reports, the Emmy award-winning director ended a 15-year partnership with William Morris after the World War II drama opened to just $3.5 million (£2.1m) earlier this month.
He is now apparently working with the agency Endeavor.
Lee earlier claimed that working on the war film had been a “challenge”, adding that he was attracted to the idea because it was so different from his usual films.
