Andrew Fleming (‘The Craft’) is to take the helm of ‘An Ideal Home,’ a comedy/drama that will reunite ‘Our Idiot Brother’ co-stars Paul Rudd and Steve Coogan.
Scripted by Fleming, the film sees Rudd and Coogan playing troubled married couple with an extravagant life. Erasmus (Coogan) is a demanding, popular celebrity, and Paul (Rudd) is his more hesitant partner and sidekick. But when Bill, the grandson Erasmus never knew he had, shows up at their high class dinner party with nowhere else to go, the couple reluctantly decide to take him in.
Gabriella Tana (‘Philomena,’ ‘The Duchess’), Maria Theresa Arida (‘Arbitrage,’ ‘City Island’), Maxime Remillard and Aaron Ryder (‘Founder,’ ‘Mud’) are on board to produce, with Clark Peterson and Lisa Wolofsky executive producing.
