Conor McMahon the Irish director behind the wild & wonderful clown horror ‘Stitches’ returns with this raucous new comedy that tells the story of a young supermarket worker who discovers that his older brother is a vampire and must choose whether to save or slay him.
The film stars Anthony Head, who is best known for his role in ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’, along with upcoming Irish acting talent Karl Rice and Eoin Duffy. It also stars Irish talent Mary Murray, Hilda Fay and Lisa Haskins. Both Rice and Duffy have received praise for their comedic performances in the film, while Rice was nominated for the Discovery Award at Virgin Media Dublin International Film Festival earlier this year.
Since its world premiere at the renowned Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas Let The Wrong One In has screened at a number of international film festivals this year including Sitges, Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, Glasgow Film Festival, the Dublin International Film Festival and Screamfest, America’s largest and longest running horror film festival, where it picked up the award for Best Visual Effects.
