SEE NO EVIL Remake In The Works

A remake of the 1971 horror thriller ‘See No Evil’ is in the works over at Screen Gems according to Deadline.

Directed by the late Richard Fleischer (‘Tora! Tora! Tora!,’ ‘20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Fantastic Voyage,’ ‘Soylent Green,’ ‘Red Sonja,’ ‘Conan the Destroyer,’ ‘The Jazz Singer’), the bone-chilling original starred Mia Farrow as a recently blinded woman named Sarah, who heads to her uncle’s home in the English countryside to convalesce. On returning from a date with her boyfriend, Sarah discovers that her family have been slaughtered in their home by a crazed killer, and she must face the killer alone.

Bryan Bertino, who wrote and directed ‘The Strangers,’ is on board to produce through his Unbroken Pictures banner, along with Adrienne Biddle (‘There Are Monsters’).
