Worthington confirms Dan Dare adaptation
Sam Worthington has confirmed his role in the movie based on the Dan Dare comic.
Worthington is expected to play Dan Dare, a chief pilot on the Interplanet Space Fleet in the movie. Speaking to MTV, the star said that the upcoming movie will take its inspiration from the recent scribed reboot of the character.
“I’m at that stage now where I want to do movies where I get my $16 (£10.60) worth… Something like Dan Dare, there was something in the reboot by [ Garth Ennis] that was amazing,” he said.
