Sci-fi thriller adds its second cast member.
Aussie actress Sarah Snook (‘Not Suitable for Children,’ ‘Sleeping Beauty’) has been cast as the female lead opposite Ethan Hawke in the time-travelling sci-fi thriller ‘Predestination.’
The film is based on the classic Robert A. Heinlein short story ‘All You Zombies,’ and will see Hawke playing a Temporal Agent sent on an intricate series of time-travel journeys designed to ensure the continuation of his law enforcement career for all eternity. Now, on his final assignment, the Agent must recruit his younger self while pursuing the one criminal that has eluded him throughout time.
Michael and Peter Spierig (‘Daybreakers,’ ‘Undead’) are directing with principal photography set to kick off in Melbourne on April 8th. Blacklab Entertainment’s Tim McGahan and Patrick McDonald of Wolfhound Pictures will produce.
