Unseen clip of Eric Stoltz playing Marty McFly in Back To The Future
To tie in with the 25th anniversary of BACK TO THE FUTURE, Universal has released footage of Eric Stoltz in the role of Marty McFly. Stoltz played the role for five weeks but director Robert Zemeckis felt he wasn’t funny enough and after meeting producer Steven Spielberg decided to recast.
This clip is just a snippet from the Back To The Future 25th Anniversary trilogy DVD and Blu-Ray box set, which comes out on October 26, 2010. Press play below to view the original footage.
