‘The Fault In Our Stars’ lead Ansel Elgort is reportedly being lined up for ‘The Dukes Of Oxy,’ a true crime drama based an article that appeared in the April 23rd issue of Rolling Stones magazine.
Written by Guy Lawson, the article deals with a pair of hard-partying high school wrestlers from Florida who built a multimillion-dollar business smuggling OxyContin and other illegal painkillers.
Deadline has rising star Elgort in the role of Doug Dodd who, along with his best friend and wrestling partner Lance Barabas, stumbled into the business.
